Why we built ELSA
ELSA Marketing was founded by Tai Nguyen, an Atlanta-area entrepreneur who owns and runs several local businesses, including a nail salon. Running them day to day made one thing obvious: the businesses that win aren't always the best. They're the ones that answer first.
Most owners are too busy doing the work to answer every call, reply to every DM and follow up with every form. And most marketing agencies charge a retainer to send more leads into that same leaky system.
