The Missed-Lead Audit and strategy call are free and carry no obligation. They are for business owners 18 or older. We may decline to work with a business, for example when we already work with a business in the same trade and area. Calls and texts with us may be answered or assisted by our AI assistant, and you can ask for a person at any time.
3. SMS / text message program
By checking a consent box on our forms and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from ELSA Marketing. The first box covers messages about your audit request, scheduling, appointment reminders and replies to your questions. The second, optional box covers occasional marketing messages such as offers, tips and event invites.

The full terms, including fees, how paying clients are tracked, what counts as a qualified appointment, and how the guarantee applies, are set out in a written agreement reviewed with you before anything starts. If that agreement differs from this website, the written agreement controls.
