- A new customer who booked through ELSA and then paid you. Every booking and conversation is logged, so we both see the same numbers.
- How the fee is set
- It depends on your trade and average job value, and it is agreed in writing before anything goes live.
- The 30-day guarantee
- What counts as a qualified appointment is defined with you before launch. If we miss it in the first 30 days, you get back the fees you paid us. Ad spend goes straight to Google and Meta, so it is not part of the refund.
